• ​​Removing front case from boiler and checking that all the major components are working   

• Check for any leaks that could be causing damage to parts or corrosion to boiler casing

• Clean any debris from your main heat exchanger to allow maximum efficiency 

• Clean any debris from condensing trap to allow for correct flow whilst boiler is condensing

• Check seals on burner and casing are working correctly and not leaking dangerous fumes

• Check expansion vessel pressure and charge if needed

• Check gas valve pressures 

• Check pressure relief valve is working correctly 

• Perform flue gas analysis to make sure boiler carbon monoxide levels are correct

• Fill in service record 

• Bleed radiators and remove air
